So I have been playing around with the idea of making a 'eat healthy/ be healthy resolution/plan.'
But I really don't want to wait til January 1st. I feel like that's a COP-OUT. I don't want to be that guy. So today is the day. Friday December 30, 2016. My goal is to lose 20 pounds and eat healthy. Why am I posting this here? So that it's in front of everyone. It's accountability. People can hold me to it if I'm not doing what I said I was going to do. I'm really bad about not following through on this one thing. I need to be healthier. So here is where I'm going to start.
I want to have the 20 pounds GONE by March 30, 2017.
Right now I weigh 215!
Goal weight for now is 195!
So here we go!
