The Newness of Being In Christ.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation;  2 Corinthians 5:17-18


Everything we have is because of Jesus.  We have access to all things that are beautiful, right, and good because of what Christ did on the cross for us.  Our future is secure because of the gift of grace that was lavished upon us.  You are a new creation.  Think about that.  Think about the word new.  What image comes into your mind when you think of new.  Think of that new car smell.  We love that smell.  Think of the flawlessness of what it looks and feels like when you pull a brand new laptop or electronic item out of the package.  We are filled with excitement when that happens.  This is the same image here.  YOU are NEW.  The busted up broken parts have been done away with and you are filled completely with newness.    How incredible is that?  

So, because this has been given to you, you have the obligation to share this message of reconciliation.   You have the tools you need to now be a bearer of good news!
