I just saw a stat from Ed Stetzer that said '400 Church Leaders Will Be Resigning This Sunday Because Their Name Surfaced on Ashley Madison.' I feel a little gut shot! But after that I feel like we as Christians need to really look at this and understand that the devil is really good at taking what God made and twisting it and destroying it. The Bible even says the devil has come to kill, steal, and destroy.' So why would we think he would not do that to this gift from God.
Here is the thing, sex is not the enemy. Your sin nature is the enemy. and IT MUST BE dealt with!
Look at this verse! For if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. Romans 8:13 There is a war that is waging for your soul and your spirit. We must be on guard and be vigilant to wage war on our own person sin.
