When you see this video what do you think of?
Every guy has a nagging question in his head.
‘Am I man enough?’
‘Can I actually handle the issue and troubles of life?’
Every man is going to encounter trouble.
The Bible has something to say about this…

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33
So the question is not is trouble coming…the question is how are you going to handle it?
Most guys exhaust every resource and then when they have NOTHING left they say something like ‘ I need to try prayer’ or ‘I need to try God.’
Here is the thing… TROUBLE IS COMING! You can bank on it. There is no guessing on this one, it’s just a matter of WHEN not if. SO how do we handle it as men?
Look at that part of the verse: ‘ …so that in me you may have peace…’ Our hope and confidence must not be in our own strength, but rather in Jesus alone.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.
Proverbs 3:5
I know as a guy this is so difficult. Why is it difficult?
Because we have swallowed the lie of our culture, that we as men are to be the rock and an island and we have to ‘be the man’ to get things done.
And if we don’t get the job done or we falter in that area; then we are wusses, wimps or we don’t measure up or we’re not a ‘real man’ (whatever that is).
The truth is that we as men are going to fail.
The truth is that we are going to have trouble in our lives.
But we must understand something that if we are going to get anywhere in this life. The foundation and the bed rock of life must be Christ.
If we are trying to fill that ideological mindset with anything else (other than Christ) it’s going to fall flat on its face.
But the message that is blasting from the lips of God himself is this, I. HAVE. OVERCOME. THIS. PRESENT. WORLD!!!!!
Stop worrying about if you can do it or not. YOU CAN!
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him (Christ) who loved us.Romans 8:37
Stop trying to be the man, and start TRUSTING in the ultimate MAN! Christ JESUS!
HELLO TROUBLE, I am here...and I don’t have to worry about this battle…the LORD goes before me, and you’re about to get whipped!
You’ll sleep better this way!
